Main fields of research

Heterogeneous catalysis, especially nanosized gold catalysts and their application in processes for new energy sources as well as for environmental protection. The important part of the research is the synthesis of mixed metal oxides as supports and study of the gold catalysts based on them - the catalytic activity, selectivity and stability in water-gas shift reaction (WGS), NO oxidation by CO and preferential oxidation of CO in H2 - rich gases (PROX).
